我们收集什么

当你提交反馈时，我们保存你的留言、你自愿留下的邮箱，以及所在页面的路径。为限制滥用，服务端还会用只保存在服务端的密钥，将网络地址与当前小时生成一个按小时轮换的加密标识；不会保存原始网络地址。我们不会保存浏览器 User-Agent、页面查询参数或页面片段。

如何使用

信息只用于回应你的问题、核查内容来源、修正产品问题与改进 AI4Science。不会出售、出租或用于广告定向。

保留与删除

反馈正文每次有新提交时会自动清理超过 180 天的记录。限流标识只在其小时窗口内用于计数，过期窗口会在后续通过验证的请求中清理，不用于分析、画像或广告。若希望更早删除反馈，请用提交时留下的邮箱写信至 [email protected]，说明需要删除的反馈；我们会在合理时间内处理。

安全

反馈以 HTTPS 提交，服务端会进行同源与反自动化验证。请不要在留言中提交密码、密钥、健康信息或其他敏感个人资料。

Feedback privacy notice

We store your message, any email address you choose to provide, and the route of the page you were viewing. To limit abuse, the server uses a server-only key to derive an hourly rotating cryptographic identifier from the network address; the raw network address is not stored. We do not retain your browser User-Agent, query parameters, or URL fragment.

The data is used only to respond, verify sources, correct product issues, and improve AI4Science. Feedback records older than 180 days are deleted whenever a new submission is processed. Rate-limit identifiers are used only within their hourly counting window, and expired windows are removed by later validated requests; they are not used for analytics, profiling, or advertising. To request earlier deletion, email [email protected] from the address used when submitting feedback.
